Excellent design. Versatile and easy to handle. 5 stars so far!

I got this knife and immediately proceeded to dice an onion to see how it performed. The shape of the blade is ideal for slicing and working through a veggie across a cutting board. It's very sharp out of the box, but I went ahead and touched it up on my Wicked Edge system and it's even better now. I have no complaints about this knife. It's easy to use, well balanced, sharp, and the profile allows for a lot of flexibility. I also purchased the 10" slicer and that is amazing as well! I think both knives are worth every penny. If I had one thing I would change slightly, it might be the handle shape, but that's just because I haven't gotten used to the shape yet. It works great either way.
